How do online therapy sessions work?+

You'll receive a secure video link before each session. Click it from any device with a camera and a private space, and we'll meet face-to-face for a little over 50 minutes.

Is online therapy as effective as in-person?+

Research consistently shows that telehealth therapy is as effective as in-person therapy for most concerns, including anxiety, depression, and trauma.

Do you accept insurance?+

Some insurance is accepted, and we can often provide a superbill for out-of-network reimbursement. See our Insurance and Fees page for details.

How long does therapy usually take?+

It depends on what you're working on. Some people see meaningful change in 8–12 sessions; others benefit from longer-term work. We'll discuss your goals and pace together.

What if I'm not sure therapy is right for me?+

That's a normal place to start. The first session is largely about figuring out if we're a good match. There's no obligation to continue. Or you can send me a message to receive a free phone consultation before scheduling.

Are sessions confidential?+

Yes. With limited legal exceptions (risk of harm to self or others, abuse of a minor or vulnerable adult, court order), what you share stays between us.

What ages do you work with?+

I work with adults 18 and older across Pennsylvania.

What if I'm in crisis?+

Therapy is not a crisis service. If you're in immediate danger, call or text 988 (Suicide and Crisis Lifeline) or call 911.

Ready when you are.

Booking a first session is the hardest part. Let's take that step together.
